Blocked drains
We’ll clear internal and external blockages in sinks, toilets, showers, and outdoor drains — fast and mess-free.
Collapsed or Damaged Pipes
If a section of your drainage pipework fails or collapses, we’ll carry out the necessary repairs or replacements.
CCTV drain surveys
With our 24-month plan, you get a free CCTV drain inspection to diagnose hidden issues. For 12-month plan holders, this is available as an optional add-on.
Repairs and General Maintenance
Cover includes minor repairs, root intrusion issues, seal fixes, and general wear and tear on your drainage system.
Emergency Call-Outs – 24/7
Drain emergencies don’t follow business hours — so neither do we. Call us any time, day or night, and we’ll respond quickly.
No Call-Out Fees
Unlimited claims, no additional charges for site visits or emergency call-outs.
