At Elite Drain Care, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality drainage services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting one.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1.1. Cancellation within the Cooling-Off Period
• You may cancel your service plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that no services (e.g., call-outs, maintenance checks, or repairs) have been used.
1.2. Service Not Provided
• If we fail to provide the service within a reasonable timeframe due to our inability to assign a contractor, you may request a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
1.3. Service Issues or Dissatisfaction
• If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must report the issue within 7 days of service completion.
• We will attempt to rectify the issue before considering a refund. If we are unable to resolve the problem, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.
1.4. Duplicate Payments
• If a duplicate payment was made in error, we will issue a full refund for the extra charge.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
2.1. Services Already Provided
• If we have completed a service call, maintenance visit, or repair, refunds are not available unless the service was not delivered as promised.
2.2. Customer Negligence
• If an issue arises due to misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain your drainage system (e.g., flushing inappropriate materials), no refund will be provided.
2.3. Outside of the Refund Window
• Refund requests made after 14 days of plan purchase will not be considered unless covered under service failure or quality issues.
3. How to Request a Refund

• Contact Information
• Service Plan Details (12-month or 24-month)
• Reason for Refund Request

3.3. Processing Your Request
• We will review your refund request and respond within 5-7 business days.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Refund Process
4.1. Full Refunds
• Issued within 14 days of purchase if no service has been used.
4.2. Partial Refunds
• If a service was provided but deemed unsatisfactory, a partial refund may be issued based on the nature of the issue.
4.3. Refund Method
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. We do not offer cash refunds.
